Wednesday, 6am - 7.30am (coffee at Pelikan Societe afterwards)
Friday, 9.30am - 11am (coffee at Pelikan Societe afterwards)
Yawa Aquatic Centre
Monday, 7pm - 8.30pm
Tuesday, 8am - 9.30am (coffee at Elements Eatery afterwards)
Thursday, 7pm - 8.30pm
Saturday, 8am - 9.30pm (coffee at Elements Eatery afterwards)
Crib Point Pool
(open summer months)

*includes lane hire & club fees. This fee is reduced once MSA membership is paid.
Each training session will mostly consist of freestyle, however there are also sets of the other strokes which can be adapted to your ability.
Training sessions vary from session to session, but they focus are on:
- ​Building fitness and endurance
- Stroke correction
- Preparation for upcoming events (eg. open water and pool competitions, triathlons, etc)
